Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must be:

     - Unused and unworn

     - In their original packaging with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these criteria or are initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

     1. Contact Us First: Email info@weisswild.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

     2. Follow Instructions: Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions.

     3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

     4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

     - Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

     - Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

     - Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
